Our main structure is composed of high-strength aluminum frame structure, constructed from 6061-T6 alloy. With additional wire rope reinforcements all throughout the roof system.
Our high tensile fabric is made by knife coating technology using liquid PVC and fiber through chemical bonding directly on the fabric surface.
Our covering material is weld bonded to provide tight seal and withstand high tensions, as in high winds, and other rugged environments.
The tensile fabric lamination is resistant to ultra-vilolet light degradation. Which extends the service life of the product under the sun.
The pigments used in the fabric lamination provides for long lasting color, anti-corrosion, mold and mildew proof, and uv resistance. The material is also a flame retardant, conforming to M2 and B1 on international standards.
